1. What format do I receive my videos in?
All video’s are delivered electronically. We’ll send you a link to download your video package once we have completed your order exactly to your specifications.
Your video will be delivered as an HTML Embedded Flash (Blank website with video and player only). You will also receive the .flv file which can easily be uploaded to most video sharing sites.
2. What’s the difference between a “branded” and an “unbranded” video from iFlash Video?
Our lower priced videos “iFlash branded” will have a short credit at the end of the video “Created by iFlashVideo”. Our “iFlash unbranded” videos are absent of any mention of iFlash Video. The “unbranded” version is the choice of most resellers.
3. How long it takes to create my video?
Depending on when we receive your order, you can expect a 7-10 business day turn around time from start to finish but no longer than 30 calendar days.
4. I need my video QUICK!! Do you offer an express service?
Yes. If you have an emergency order and need your video quick, we offer a 2 business day “drop everything” service. The express service fee is $100 per video. Simply select this service at time of purchase.
Orders received by noon Eastern Time are considered received the same day..
Example 1: If a rush order is received on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m., delivery will be Friday before noon Eastern.
Example 2: If a rush order is received on Friday at 3:00 p.m., delivery will be on Wednesday by noon Eastern.
5. Can I order express service AFTER I make my purchase?
Certainly! We understand that unexpected emergencies happen after the time of purchase. If you find yourself in need of your video ASAP after you purchase, please submit a ticket via our Help Desk. We’ll send you a payment request. After we receive your payment, you will receive your completed video within 2 business days.
6. How long can my video be?
Up to 5 minutes total for any single video. All Prices quoted on this site are for a full 60 second video commercial/presentation. Each additional minute is $100.
7. If I want to become a “Private Label Reseller” can I use your video examples as a portfolio?
Sorry. No. Our videos are branded with “iflash Video”. You will need your OWN videos to show potential clients. That’s why we recommend a Video Bundle. The Video bundle will give you a small portfolio to show to potential clients. It’s highly unlikely that you will receive any video orders if you don’t have any examples to display.
8. Will you “brand” the videos with my company and logo if I decide to resell the services?
Yes. We can brand any “iFlash unbranded” video any way you like. However, unless you are enrolled in our Authorized Agency Partner Program, your videos may be used in our own portfolio.
9. Who writes the video audio script?
We provide a “copy sheet” for you to submit your written audio script. The copy sheet tells you how long your video will be based on what you type in. This way there is no question how long the script will be when you submit it to us.
10. Do you offer revisions?
We offer revisions on any “mistakes”…yes. We request that you submit a project description along with the copy sheet. This project description should include everything you want in your video. Keep in mind…most of our clients just submit an audio script and just give us creative license to create it to the best of our ability. Please note…if you give us “creative license” there are no revisions because there is no way to determine if a “mistake” was made. Exceptions are considered on a case by case basis. We work with you and I personally review all submissions prior to submitting the video to my production team to try and spot any blaring red flags.
