1. How do I receive my video after it is done?
 All video's are delivered electronically. We'll send you a link to download your video package once we have completed your order exactly to your specifications.
2. How long it takes to create my video?
Depending on when we receive your order, you can expect a 7-10 day turn around time from start to finish.
Also...it's impossible to determine how many orders we receive on any particular day. While we strive to deliver your video within 7-10 days, orders may take up to 3 weeks depending on work flow.

3. I need my video QUICK!! Do you offer express service?
Yes. If you have an emergency order and need your video quick, we can offer a 48 hour turn "drop everything" service. The express service fee is $100 per video. Just use our contact form to request this service if needed after your purchase.
4. How long can my video be?
Our limited time,
introductory offer covers a full 15-60 second time slot (15 seconds to full minute) for your
commercial/presentation. We will, however, accomodate any presentation
length. Each additional minute will be surcharged at $99/minute
due only upon delivery of your order. No need to pay for additional minutes upfront.

5. How does the professional voice over work?
Simple. After you purchase, we'll email you the video submission form. You may fill this out online. This form is where you provide your video voice over script. You can type the script directly into the form or upload a text file for us to work from.
6. Can you write my audio and video script for me?
Sorry. Not at this time. You must provide a written script for us to create your video from.
The "audio" script will be read EXACTLY the way you provide it to us even if we feel that it doesn't make sense. Please ensure that any voice over audio script is exactly the way you want it prior to supplying it to us.

As far as the actual video is concerned, you may send us a much or as little instruction as you wish. Some clients may want us to use our own creativity while others may have detailed instructions. However, the audio voice over portion must be detailed by you.
7. Can I provide my own audio?
Yes, of course. During the order process we'll give you the opportunity to upload your own audio. There is no price discount for using your own audio file for use in our video productions.
8. Are you checking my script for grammar?
No. You must ensure that the
script you are sending is correct, otherwise the voice over and the
text graphics in the video might have grammatical errors.

9. What format will I receive my video in?
You will receive two formats. One will be an embedded FLV file in an HTML web page. The other will be MPG4. You can easily embed your videos on your sites or have your webmaster embed them with the files we provide. Also, since we send you the MPG4 version you will be able to easily submit your video to most video sharing sites like YouTube.
10. Can I receive my video in any other format than Flash & HTML Embedded?
You may request your video in any format you wish in addition to the ones we provide. Each additional format type is only $10 per format per video.
For example, if you wish to receive your video in AVI, you may request the AVI version for $10.
11. Can you insert custom images, video clips, or logo's I send?
You bet. We do request, however, that you please send us any images or logo's to be inserted before we start working on your presentation. Once we receive your video description
12. How many revisions are included?
You will have the opportunity
to have your Flash presentation revised one time without having to
make extra payment. It's very important that you provide as much detail in
your initial order placement to ensure we design exactly towards your
specifications.
Additionally, we also allow one voice over "re-do" just in case we miss the mark. We will present you with your audio for approval prior to starting work on the video itself

13. Do I have a choice of Voice-Over talent?
Sorry, no, not at this
time. However, you may submit your own audio voice over if you
wish. There is no price break for submitting your own audio recording.
In the future, we may have additional talent for you to choose from.
Keep in mind though, our professional voice over person is HIGHLY
talented and can accomodate most styles. Bold, Soft,
Authoratitive, Soft Sell, Fast, Calm, etc. Just give us an idea
of the "tone" you would like in your video and our PRO will exceed your
